川尻善昭原作和监督的1993年剧场版《兽兵卫忍风帖》是其代表作之一，尽显暴力美学。这部《龙宝玉篇》是于2003年4月至7月在WOWOW电视台播放的TV版续篇，全13话。讲述江户时代、德川幕府时期，为寻找传说中的龙之宝玉，牙神兽兵卫与柳生一族等各方豪杰展开了殊死搏斗……。Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum try to borrow money from their employer, the toymaker, to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe and keep it and Little Bo Peep from the clutches of the evil Barnaby. When that fails, they trick Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum instead of Bo Peep. Enraged, Barnaby unleashes the bogeymen from their caverns to destroy Toyland。
