Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。林楚凡是故人来客栈的老板，他是幻食师，擅长通过食物为客人编造“绮食之境”，让客人在“绮食之境”中解开心结。东篱是被林楚凡“黑心压榨”的伙计，负责前台、管家、服务员等一切活儿。林楚凡不断“治愈”着客人们的心理问题，然而随着客人们的来来往往，他开始觉得有些事情很奇怪，他能为客人们编织幻境，但却永远进入不了自己的“绮食之境”，好像也回忆不起过去的事情。一个叫笑笑的女孩到来，让他觉得似曾相识，笑笑脑中的女人似乎也和自己有着奇异的联系；他甚至发现他们似乎根本走不出这座山。发现东篱的真实目的与身份后，林楚凡惊觉眼前的一切都是东篱为自己编造的“绮食之境”，而笑笑只是自己在现实生活中失去的未婚妻的影子。他开始寻找回到现实世界的方法，而那个方法，从他和东篱的童年起就注定了。。
