大陆客，两大一小三糊涂，出海打天下，失去了方向，来到了台湾，此时李师哥、郑师弟和毛弟三人卷入一场绑架勒索中，糟糕的是，他们居人绑了坏人；原来在此地的国际训练营中，东洋女童圣子，参加暑训，而他父亲熊谷一郎是医药技师，可以提炼安非他命，於是龙老大派手下绑架圣子，迫使就范。碰巧李诗哥级郑师弟打算绑架致富，见龙老大手下华车美服，误认为金主，访而将坏人绑入黑帮。立一方面，毛弟认识了训练营的小朋友，得知师姐被绑，大家决定以本身所学救出圣子…。One night when seeking his estranged wife, Hoffmann goes to the youth center where she works.
