改编自漫画家中村光的同名新作，原著根据传说中红色圣诞老人给好孩子送想要的礼物，黑色圣诞老人给坏孩子送不想要的礼物改编，讲述废柴男在黑色圣诞老人公司的奇妙故事。吉泽亮饰演考试失败、就业失败、没有女朋友但是在圣诞世界却十分活跃的主人公日野三春。桥本环奈在片中饰演日野三春的同事北条志乃，仲春大志饰演日野三春在便利店打工时的死对头同事田中皇帝，渡边圭祐饰演沉默寡言总冷着脸其实很关心日野三春的同事古平铁平。。OK赖以说谎话而为人所知，一天他在便利商店认识了Wonderful。OK是一名地产经纪，到Wonderful所在的公司洽谈业务，却被Wonderful及其朋友误以为OK是公司老板的一位身家斐然的表弟。OK将计就计，决定要骗着Wonderful，一边跟公司老板的妹妹谈情。Wonderful的父亲欠下了赌债，OK发散了朋友帮助Wonderful还债，令Wonderful感动不已。纸包不住火，最终Wonderful知道了OK的谎言，伤心离开。OK为了挽留她，承诺以后不再说慌。在Wonderful将要原谅OK之际，OK却被诱惑假结婚以得到高额的报酬……。Vidhan (Writ), a romantic drama, is a take on relationships.
