日本警方接到报案，某飞机被恐怖分子劫持，机上乘客沦为人质。对方提出了无理要求，如果不答应，就会有人牺牲。而山口久美子（仲间由纪惠 饰）刚好和闺蜜一起旅游，乘坐的就是这次班机，她的正义感再次被点燃，经过一番搏斗，最终她制服了歹徒。就在日本警方严阵以待，准备接受恐怖分子的请 求时，直播的大屏幕却显示对方已经投降，而作为胜利者走出机舱的确是山口，面对镜头，她还大方征婚，令人咋舌。回到赤铜学院的课堂，送走了毕业班，新升上来的三年级D 班里调皮捣蛋的学生也不少，一点也没让山口省心。还好她在黑银学院的学生小田切龙在旁。学生高杉怜太得罪了暴走族，以致后者大闹校园。校长猿渡五郎给了山口最后通牒……
