故事发生在1983年，绝望的吸毒上瘾者Dick遇见了久违的前遇有Bug。Bug由于长期在监狱，请求Dick给他补习80年代的新音乐知识、新社会知识以及介绍他从没见过的自动取款机。在这个过程中，绝望中的Dick也想起一个谋生的好点子。（。Riley, Maya, Lucas, and Farkle head to High School.
